SPARS & RIGGING CHECKS
Rondal riggers can carry out checks on carbon and aluminium masts of any size to check the integrity of the structure, especially in high-load areas. Standing rigging can also be checked for fatigue and wear and tear. Rig tuning is also offered.
Rondal also offers the option of a four-yearly service and maintenance package on the rig systems it supplies.

WINCHES & FURLERS
Checking and adjusting the hydraulic system for winches and furlers; overhaul, dismantling and exchange of parts on winches and furlers, followed by comprehensive factory testing before re-installation aboard.

ELECTRICALLY OPERATED HATCHES AND DOORS
Preventative checks on electric or pneumatically-operated sliding doors and hatches. Regular programming and adjustment ensures continuous weather-tightness and smooth operation.

EXPERT WITNESS AND ASSESSMENT

Marine surveyors call on Rondal to carry out damage surveys on masts and rigging, providing expert assessment for insurance reports.
