Sales Manager
Full-time (40hrs/week)

Are you a passionate Sales Manager with knowledge of superyachts who wants to contribute to Rondal’s Growth ambition? Then we are looking for you!

Rondal is manufacturer of masts and booms, winches and deckequipment, hatches and windbreaks and composite products for both sailing and motor superyachts and serves an exclusive worldwide customer base. A new marked to be developed for Rondal is wind assisted ship propulsion (WASP) aimed at commercial cargo vessels.

Modern technical skills, excellent craftsmanship and a continued emphasis on ingenuity characterize our company. Above all, we believe in future-oriented thinking. We operate at the forefront of superyacht technology by working closely with our customers, suppliers and associates.

The commercial team of Rondal collaborates with shipyards, designers and colleagues to convert commercial opportunities into realistic superyacht designs.

REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for the international superyacht market with Rondal products across different product groups, such as Sailing Systems, Composite Specials, Hatches, Windbreaks, and Mooring Winches. The new WASP market also needs to be developed. As a Sales Manager, you have contact with stakeholders (architects, owner's representatives, and yards). Therefore, you visit and participate in relevant trade fairs in the Netherlands and globally. You assess requests for technical and commercial feasibility, make calculations, prepare quotations with specifications, and ensure the commercial completion of sales processes. You are also a partner for customers and colleagues to determine technical applicability and solutions. Once commercially completed, you ensure a smooth transfer of sales to the project team.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree focused on mechanical engineering or maritime technology;
  • Fluent oral and written command of English and preferably German as well;
  • Relevant experience, preferably within a similar position in the technical and industrial environment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Professional appearance, and you are independent, flexible, proactive, and commercially strong.

Productionworker Carbon
Full-time (40hrs/week)

Do you get excited about the concepts of 'speed' and 'performance'? And do you want to contribute to high-quality carbon components for fast superyachts? Then read this job vacancy and come work at Rondal.

As a carbon production worker at Rondal, you will be working on unique and high-quality composite components, such as masts, booms, hatches, and superstructure constructions for superyachts. In a dynamic team, you will be involved in the production of state-of-the-art products and custom solutions.

WHAT DOES A PRODUCTION WORKER DO?

Throughout the production process, you are responsible for the carbon product from start to finish. You laminate the products with carbon material in molds. You ensure the correct heat treatment in the oven or autoclave, and ultimately, you assemble and bond the components into a complete end product. Finally, you also finish the end product. In short, you oversee the entire production of the carbon product.

As a carbon production worker at Rondal, you work in a unique sector with plenty of room for initiative and self-improvement.
